  • CREATING AN ACCOUNT and PURCHASING RULES

    While this is not all inclusive of our account and purchasing policies, there are a few very important requirements to know. All accounts must include the purchasers legal name. Each person must create their own account. There cannot be two names on an order and accounts cannot be shared. If you would like to purchase something for someone, you can purchase a gift card for them. Please do not enter the FFL dealer address for your primary address or your shipping address. The FFL address should never be entered, unless you are the FFL dealer and your billing address is the address of your FFL shop.

  • ONLINE INVENTORY vs. IN-STORE INVENTORY

    Many of the items on our website will represent our "online" inventory, and it not necessarily representative of our "in-store" inventory stock. Items on our website are not always stocked in our stores in Troy, AL, and Enterprise, AL. Some items will be drop-shipped directly from our distributors to you or your FFL dealer if it is a firearm. Look for the inventory statements on the product page as to whether or not it is in local inventory. You can also see an example of the difference between local and distributor inventory at the bottom of any page on our website. Shipping charges are calculated at check out. If the item is not showing available in-store and you order it thru the website and have it shipped to our store or to your home (or an FFL dealer in the case of a firearm), appropriate shipping charges will be shown at checkout. With some items, there will also be shipping for in-store pickup if it has to be shipped from the distributor to our store. Some manufacturers do not allow drop-shipping direct from our distributors; therefore, these items have to ship to us, and we will ship to you or your FFL dealer, which will cause a slight delay in shipping times. These manufacturers are as follows but may not necessarily be limited to Beretta, Browning, Colt, GemTech, Glock, Leupold, Holosun, IWI, Ruger, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Springfield, Thompson Center, Walther, Trijicon, Nikon, Weston, and a few others.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

    You will be required to verify that the SKU, model number, and UPC are correct for the items you are ordering prior to completing checkout. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake, or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. Out of Stock pricing will not always be accurate, as we do not always know the cost or price of that item until we get it back in stock. Prices change from the manufacturer and the distributor, and those prices are adjusted once the item is in stock. Pictures (images of items listed) are not always indicative of the actual product or may only be a similar representation. Manufacturers change the contents of packaging from time to time, which may not get updated on our website in a timely fashion. It is best to always confirm with the manufacturer the most accurate description, contents, features, and images of the product... and verify the UPC (Universal Product Code) is correct for the product you want to purchase. Many of our descriptions, what's included, features, and images are pulled from our distributor feeds and may not fully represent the product or could be unintentionally incorrect. We will not accept returns, offer discounts or refunds due to these inaccuracies. Simply stated, there are too many products for us to verify that everything advertised about the product is correct. We assure you we would never intentionally misrepresent a product, but we make no guarantees about these accuracies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, we will promptly issue a refund by the same payment method used for payment. If an order is placed for an item out of stock, even though our website may state it is in stock in error, we can place the item on backorder status for you and ship it to you once it is available again in our local inventory. If that back-ordered item comes back in stock via our distributors at a higher price and not in our local inventory, we may not be able to fill the backorder with the distributor's inventory if the back ordered item is priced higher than it was when in our local inventory, unless you are willing to pay the higher price. This is by no means a bait and switch tactic; it is simply the unfortunate part of the gun business and of online websites... nothing is perfect.

  • CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS

    You must use your credit/debit card billing address for the billing address when you check out. If your billing address and zip code do not match what your credit/debit card company has on file, your order will be declined, although your card company may approve the amount of the charge. This can create a situation where the amount of the charge is held by your card company for a short time. We do not control this hold and release period... and we have no way to speed up the process. We do not collect the funds unless the order is approved on our end and you get an email confirmation from us (provided you did not enter your email address incorrectly). Unfortunately, some things are beyond our control... this is one of those things.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS: Your billing address and shipping address must match for all items ordered; there are no exceptions. Never enter the FFL dealer's address for billing and shipping unless you are the FFL dealer and your credit card is set up with that address.

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: By placing an online order with us and using your credit card to purchase a firearm that has to be shipped to an FFL dealer by law, you agree that should you fail to retrieve the firearm from the FFL dealer it was shipped to, you will NOT dispute the charge and claim that you did not receive the firearm. You further agree that should you fail to retrieve that firearm, you will notify us by certified mail (or by email to us with an acknowledgment from us that we have received your email) that you were not able to retrieve the firearm from the FFL dealer. You also agree to pay for the shipping charges that you paid to ship the firearm to your FFL dealer, and any return shipping charges, in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT

    All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 1-15 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • SHIPPING

    All packages are shipped with signature required and this option cannot be waived. You can view our shipping maps here. We ship to the CONUS (Continental United States) at published rates when shipping from our store. This includes the 48 contiguous states and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other U.S. territories. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be available but may also be additional shipping charges... published rates may not apply. If it requires customs forms, we will not ship. Drop shipments from our distribution warehouses should be standard shipping rates calculated at checkout. Our handgun/pistol shipping rates are based on shipping via USPS in most cases. If your FFL dealer cannot accept USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipments, the shipping rate may not be the same as published, and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges unless you choose another FFL dealer. Please contact us for additional shipping charges using the Contact Us link at the top of the page. Not all items are available for shipping. Shipping insurance is optional and we highly recommend purchasing it if you would like to have your package insured. Insurance is not necessary if you are picking up at one of our local stores. If an item only shows "in-store pickup" available at checkout and will not allow you to choose a shipping method, this means it is not shippable and must be picked up in our store.

    Heavy Items Shipping:Some heavy items, such as gun safes and other items that way over 30 pounds, will require extra shipping that cannot be calculated with the order. The shipping charges on the order will be incorrect. In this case, after your order is placed, we will contact you with the additional shipping charges and a link to pay these charges. You are not obligated on these items, and if the shipping is more than you would like to pay, we will cancel the order for you and issue a full refund.

    If your FFL dealer uses their mailing address instead of their premises address for shipping, we MUST be notified in advance, BEFORE you place the order, to make sure we have their mailing address entered in our system as their shipping address. If your dealer does not accept delivery from a particular carrier/shipper, we must be notified in advance on each order. Failure to do this may result in your package being returned, and you will incur additional shipping charges. We cannot use an address if it is NOT listed on their FFL. If you place the order and then notify us of changes in shipping, you are risking the item being shipped before we see the email... or you risk us not seeing the email because it does not reach us for some reason. You are better off NOT choosing an FFL dealer if you can't wait to order for fear of losing out on an item. In this case, we will request your FFL dealer info, and you can advise us at that time of any changes or updates to the FFL or shipping preferences. Under no circumstances can a firearm be shipped to an address not listed on the dealer's FFL.

  • PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

    The person purchasing the firearm through our website must be the person who picks up the firearm. We do not allow someone to buy a firearm online as a gift to someone else. Our merchant processor is very strict that the name on the credit card has to be the buyer and the person the firearm is transferred to. It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before shipping your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase. It is your responsibility as a customer to know whether or not you can legally possess the firearm you purchase in the state in which you live or if it is restricted in any way. If you are unsure, you will need to contact your FFL dealer and verify that the firearm is legal in your state or not restricted. Please see our policy on returns below for firearms shipped by mistake... as this will apply to a firearm you order that is not legal to possess in your state or restricted in your state, or in cases where you are not familiar with the laws and are not able to (or choose not to) keep the firearm. WE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINES FOR LOW CAPACITY. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE.

  • FFL REQUIREMENTS AND CHOOSING AN FFL DEALER

    You will select the FFL dealer to which you would like your firearm shipped. It is imperative that you verify the following:

    • 1) they are open for business
    • 2) that their address showing on your order is correct
    • 3) that they accept USPS and UPS shipments
    • 4) that they will accept the firearm you purchase and transfer it to you
  • We can not make this any clearer that it is on the customer/buyer to verify these four requirements. Failure to do so could result in delays and or extra shipping charges. If we had to verify this information AFTER you purchased the firearm, it would take several additional days to process your order and cause excessive cancelations AFTER the sale, thus causing more issues. We do not keep up with the status of 60,000+ FFL dealers in the USA... it is an impossible task; therefore, this is passed on to the customer to verify BEFORE you make a firearm purchase. FFL dealers do not always update us when they move, they do not always update us when they close, they do not always notify us that they do not accept deliveries from certain shipping carriers, and they do not always advise us whether or not they accept transfers. We do try our best to remove FFL dealers from the list if we have been notified at some point that they do not accept transfers from anyone at all, but some only accept transfers from specific "approved" individuals and cannot be removed from our list. If you are not familiar with your FFL dealer, call them and verify if they are still in business, that we have the correct address, that they accept shipments from USPS and UPS, and that they will transfer the firearm to you.

    If your FFL dealer uses their mailing address instead of their premises address for shipping, or if they have restrictions for USPS, UPS or FedEx, we MUST be notified in advance, BEFORE you place the order. Failure to do this will result in your package being returned and you will incur additional shipping charges. We cannot use an address if it is NOT listed on their FFL.

    Please do not assume that we will see a note on an FFL copy that states shipping requirements or restrictions. Please advise us by email of these requirements and restrictions. This has to be done BEFORE we ship the firearm, not after it's too late.

  • RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, and WARRANTIES

    Due to our very low margins, all sales are final in most cases, although manufacturer warranties will apply. If you have any type of issue with your product, the fastest resolution is to contact the manufacturer, and you must agree to this before placing the order, and by agreeing with our Terms and Conditions by checking the box on the last page of checkout. In order to maintain our low price structure, we ask the customer to deal directly with the manufacturer, as this will always result in the fastest resolution. If you have issues with the manufacturer, we will certainly get involved and help as much as possible. If you have simply changed your mind on what you purchased, or if you are denied by the ATF or the FFL dealer refused to sell you the firearm, or you ordered the firearm by mistake, we can review your request for a return; however, you will lose any shipping charges you paid, and you will have to pay return shipping as well. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. If your item is returned to us as undeliverable or refused by the FFL dealer, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and shipping charges back to another FFL dealer. If you prefer a refund after it has been sent back to us, we will deduct the original shipping charges to ship it to your dealer, the return shipping charges to ship it back to us, and the 15% restocking fee from your refund. Never ship a product back to us without approval. All returns must be approved and may not necessarily be sent back to us; instead, the item may need to be returned to the distributor if initially shipped from the distributor.

    There are no exceptions to no returns and no cancellations on the following items:

    1. Special orders (includes all items not in our local inventory that must be ordered).
    2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
    3. NFA items.
    4. Knives, ammunition, illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.
    5. Firearms that have been transferred to you via Form 4473 thru an FFL dealer.

    For further clarification, a return is not the same as a cancellation. A cancellation is made prior to the order being submitted to our distributor for shipping or prior to us shipping the item. The fact that we have not shipped your order does not always mean it can be canceled. Not all orders can be canceled, however, on any order that is canceled, there is a $10 cancellation fee. You will never be charged a cancellation fee for an order that is canceled because the item you ordered is out of stock. A cancellation may be because you ordered the wrong item, decided you no longer want the item you ordered, decided you want a different model, you failed to provide an FFL dealer we can ship to, or for other reasons not specified here. Why are we charging a cancellation fee? Because it cost us money to process an order an then cancel it, and our merchant provider charges a fee for refunds. We can no longer do this for free if we want to be able to continue to offer the low prices that we offer.

  • NFA ORDER: CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS NOT PERMITTED

    Once an order for an NFA item has been submitted, it cannot be canceled if we have already started the process with the manufacturer, distributor, or the ATF/NFA for the Form 3 process. There are no cancellations or refunds for these items.

  • USED FIREARMS

    Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Descriptions and photos are provided if available. However, we rarely sell used firearms from our local store. From time to time, our distributors may offer used items fed to our website through their distributor feeds. We have no visible knowledge of the condition of these items, and we will not be responsible for the condition of these items in any way whatsoever. Our distributors will not take the time to go and look at these items in their warehouse to advise of the condition, and in some cases, their condition description may be subjective at best. You are entirely on your own in taking a chance at purchasing these items. We are letting you know in advance that buying a used gun from anyone is a risk.

  • GENERAL FIREARM SALES

    All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state laws and regulations before ordering.

    All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all items.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. We do not usually ship ammunition from our store. If at any time we ship ammunition, it will be shipped ground with an adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
